Published price tables, photo estimates and signed contracts

All labour packages, size-based all-in ranges and individual trade figures shown on our Newmarket bathroom renovation cost page and across our service pages are published to give homeowners transparent planning benchmarks. Figures are stated in Canadian dollars before applicable HST and reflect our current price tables as of the update date shown in the page footer.

How website numbers and photo estimates move to a binding agreement:

  • Estimates from uploaded photos or video. When you send bathroom photos or a short video through our online quote form, we prepare an itemized written quote based on what can be seen in your images. Any condition hidden behind finished surfaces—such as subfloor rot beneath a toilet, concealed framing layout, or unvented ductwork inside a ceiling—is noted as an assumption to be verified on site.
  • In-home measurement and written contract. Prior to starting any physical work, we verify room dimensions and structural conditions in person and set out the confirmed scope, schedule, staged payment milestones and total price in a formal written contract. That signed agreement and its attached itemized schedule govern the project.
  • Statutory homeowner rights in Ontario. Under Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, a written estimate incorporated into a residential renovation contract limits the final charge to no more than 10% above the estimate unless both parties agree in writing to added or changed work. Workmanship warranty and product coverage

Every completed bathroom renovation carries our written labour warranty for the term specified in your signed contract, along with a complimentary service call during the first year for minor settling adjustments.
