Bathroom Renovation Newmarket

Our Bathroom Renovation Labour Warranty

Every bathroom renovation we complete in Newmarket includes a written labour warranty stated in your contract plus a first-year service call for minor settling adjustments.

Hiring a bathroom contractor should mean knowing who to call if a hinge shifts or a joint needs attention after the crew packs up. Every bathroom we build across Newmarket and northern York Region is backed by a written labour warranty set out directly in your signed contract before demolition begins.

Complimentary first-year service call

As a house goes through an Ontario winter and summer humidity cycle, wood framing expands and contracts slightly. During the first 12 months after your renovation is finished, we return for a service visit to handle minor settling items at no charge, including:

  • Re-aligning a vanity cabinet door or soft-close drawer slide that has settled slightly.
  • Touching up a silicone caulking bead along a tub apron, vanity backsplash or shower corner.
  • Adjusting the sweep, latch or hinge tension on a frameless glass shower door.
  • Tightening a robe hook, towel bar, toilet seat hinge or trim escutcheon.

To book your first-year check-in, simply call (647) 557-5735 or send a note through our contact page.

Workmanship covered by our labour warranty

Our written labour warranty covers the installation work carried out by our team across all bathroom renovation services we provide: tile setting and grouting, shower waterproofing membranes, rough and finish plumbing connections, electrical fixture installation, vanity and countertop mounting, and shower glass installation. If an installation issue covered by your contract warranty arises during the warranty term, we return and repair the workmanship at no cost to you.

Reliable warranty performance starts with how the room is built behind the tile. As detailed on our renovation process page, we use continuous membrane waterproofing, proper drain pitch, solid wood backing for wall hardware, and licensed plumbing and electrical trades on every job.

Items covered separately from installation labour

  • Manufacturer product warranties. Faucet cartridges, shower mixing valves, toilets, vanity cabinets, LED mirrors, exhaust fans and electric floor-heating thermostats carry their own manufacturer coverage. When we supply a product that develops a factory defect, we help you process the manufacturer claim and arrange the replacement part.
  • Normal household upkeep. Resealing natural stone, refreshing silicone caulking after the first year, and cleaning hard-water scale from glass and aerators are routine homeowner maintenance.
  • Impact damage or harsh chemical cleaners. Cracked tiles from dropped heavy objects, finishes damaged by bleach or acidic cleaners, or plumbing altered by another party after handover are outside workmanship coverage.

How to book a warranty or service visit

  1. Call us at (647) 557-5735 or message us via our contact page with your name, Newmarket street address, and a clear photo or short video clip of the item.
  2. We review the photo promptly and confirm whether it falls under your first-year adjustment visit, contract labour warranty, or a manufacturer part replacement.
  3. We schedule a convenient window for our technician to visit and complete the fix. (If you have a leak or damaged tile in a bathroom built by a previous contractor, visit our bathroom repairs in Newmarket page instead.)

We recommend keeping your signed contract, itemized quote, final paid invoice and fixture model sheets in one folder—both for quick warranty reference and for future buyers if you ever sell your home. See also our terms of use.

Common questions

What is covered under your written workmanship warranty?

Our written labour warranty covers the work we perform on site: tile setting, shower waterproofing, rough and finish plumbing connections, vanity installation and carpentry. If an installation defect appears during the warranty term specified in your contract, our team returns and corrects it at no labour charge.

What happens if a faucet cartridge, toilet valve or LED mirror fails after installation?

Fixtures and materials are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. When we supply the fixture, we help coordinate the replacement part with the supplier; when you purchase fixtures directly, keep your invoices and model numbers handy and we can assist with installing the replacement part.
